Playoff Draft

Draft only playoff-eligible players. One short run for all the marbles.

What it is

A draft pool that runs only during the postseason. Only players from teams that made the playoffs are eligible to be picked, and only their playoff stats count. Short window, high variance — a single team's deep run can carry a roster to victory.

How it works

    After the regular season, when the playoff field is locked, the admin opens the draft.

  2. 2

    The available player list is restricted to players from teams that made the playoffs.

  3. 3

    Members take turns picking until every roster is full.

  4. 4

    Stats only count from playoff games — the regular season is done.

  5. 5

    The team with the most points by the end of the championship wins.

Best for

Groups who don't want the long regular-season grind but still want a real draft experience. Stanley Cup playoffs, NBA playoffs, MLB postseason.
